Ras Al Khaimah’s skyline is preparing for another striking addition as new details emerge about Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences, an upcoming design-led development on Al Marjan Island.

Inspired by the Arabian Gulf

The design of Mondrian Al Marjan takes much of its inspiration from its waterfront setting.

Bergman Design House has used sculptural forms, organic textures and luminous colour palettes influenced by the changing colours and light of the Arabian Gulf. The idea is to create interiors that shift in character throughout the day rather than feeling static.

More than 5,570 square metres - around 60,000 square feet - of resident amenities are planned across the development, making lifestyle facilities a major part of the overall experience.

Instead, the entrance is planned as a working cultural gallery, featuring rotating exhibitions by regional and international artists alongside digital installations that will be refreshed throughout the year.

The Mondrian Sky Lounge
