Wynn Al Marjan Island Unveils Ultra-Luxury Townhomes

A new level of luxury is coming to Ras Al Khaimah. Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled four exclusive Townhomes within Enclave, the resort’s private boutique hotel concept.

Set to welcome guests when Wynn Al Marjan Island opens in 2027, the two-level residences will combine the scale and privacy of a private home with direct access to the resort’s dining, entertainment, wellness and beachfront experiences.

Four Exclusive Residences at the Heart of the Resort

Located at the centre of Wynn Al Marjan Island, the Townhomes will be accessible through a private entrance within the Royal Foyer. Despite their central position, each residence has been designed to feel architecturally separate from the wider resort.

Inspired by the grand private mansions of Paris, the Townhomes will be available exclusively by reservation.

The collection will include two- and four-bedroom layouts ranging from 630 to 1,110 square metres, making them the most expansive guest accommodations Wynn Resorts has created across its global portfolio.

Private Spas, Courtyards and Plunge Pools

Each Townhome will feature spacious primary suites alongside private spa and wellness facilities, including a hammam and tepidarium.

The interiors will also include:

• Grand living and dining rooms

• A private library

• A billiards salon

• A media room

• A contemporary kitchen and bar

• Dedicated entertaining spaces

• Vaulted ceilings and statement staircases

Outside, guests will have access to a fully enclosed landscaped courtyard with multiple plunge pools, creating a self-contained retreat within the resort.

Personalised Service Around the Clock

Townhome guests will receive privileged access to a private beachfront, along with a range of personalised in-residence amenities.

Dedicated 24-hour butler and culinary teams will be available throughout each stay, while private chauffeured transportation will connect guests with the wider resort.

The Townhomes will form part of Enclave, which will feature 323 accommodations across its suites, Apartments, Townhomes, and Marina and Ocean Estates.

Wynn Al Marjan Island Opening in 2027

Wynn Al Marjan Island is scheduled to open in 2027 on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The development is set to become the UAE’s first integrated resort and one of the emirate’s most significant new tourism destinations.

The four Townhomes will offer one of its most private accommodation experiences, combining residential-scale spaces with access to the energy and amenities of the wider resort.
