Basilico Mediterranean Restaurant at The Cove Rotana Resort hosts its Coastal Brunch every Saturday, bringing together Mediterranean flavours, fresh seafood and live entertainment in a relaxed coastal setting. The brunch features everything from oysters and sushi to poached seafood, freshly prepared pasta and carved favourites, followed by an indulgent selection of desserts.
